THE WRD: GLOSSARY
THE WRD: MOVEMENT (v.)
Focusing on the exploration of everyday movement to enhance understanding of one’s physical storytelling abilities, communicative body language, and everyday human artistic expression.
THE WRD: INTENSIVE (n.)
An intensive pre-professional dance training program that spans 3 to 5 days for students ages 8-25. This immersive experience offers classes in ballet, contemporary/lyrical, jazz/theatre, and hip hop. Students will receive comprehensive dance and industry education, technical training, and valuable performance experience, all while being challenged to take their artistry and skill to the next level. At the end of the program, they will showcase their hard work in front of an invited audience of parents and studio patrons.
